We are a registered and regulated Community Interest Company.

Our Vision
We envision communities across the country where everyone has the choice, means and ability to reclaim their lives and move from merely surviving to thriving.

Our Mission
Our mission is to improve access and offer natural healthcare to people to help them make informed choices. We believe that by providing IQ as self-healthcare in an integrated and whole person way, and working in collaboration with conventional medicine, that individual health and wellness can be improved.

Empowered individuals are able to drive self-change when they recognise their own needs, understand what self-healthcare is and have a self-care-tool-kit to help themselves. Once empowered the ripple effect impacts the community, cost savings achieved as GP and hospital visits are kept to a minimum.

Our Approach
Individual Programs
Self-healthcare involves staying well, preventing illness, leading a healthier lifestyle, gaining personal resilience and embarking on a path to independence, recovery and happiness. Through our individual programs, The Centre of Integrated Qigong for Health and Wellness CIC supports people in their effort to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.

Instructor Training
Foster a national network of accredited IQ for Health Instructors, with opportunities for continuous support and training.

Community Clinics
IQ for Health Community Clinics help people to care for themselves, by providing social opportunities to be active. Our instructors manage the community space to share our initiatives, promote a sense of belonging and offer a setting for social interactions. This community-centred approach is crucial to participants’ success.

Many of our community members are referred to IQ for Health Community Clinics via social prescribing. We accept referrals from a GP, nurse, care worker or other health professional, as well as self-referrals.

The Centre of Integrated Qigong for Health and Wellness CIC works to reduce the need for costly health services – for example, by keeping GP or hospital visits to a minimum.

To achieve this, from a health and social care system point of view, the promotion of IQ for Health programs requires open partnerships where organisations can work together to support the public in a complementary and integrated manner.

Our Commitment
We do what we do because it is the right thing to do. We work with passion, enthusiasm, a belief in our mission and in our IQ for Health instructors, and we are determined to ensure our work results in tangible, sustainable good nationwide.
